Chef Ross Pangilinan

Terrace by Mix Mix Chef Ross Pangilinan has a lot to be proud of. He attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. By the age of 20 he was working at a two Michelin Star restaurant in Versailles. Back in California, he worked for a Michelin Star restaurant in Downtown L.A. owned by Patina, and opened Encore in Las Vegas. He then worked for 7 years at Leatherby’s, where he served patrons of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts before shows. Chef Ross’ latest endeavor is the globally inspired Terrace by Mix Mix Kitchen Bar at South Coast Plaza. His recent honors include: Orange County 19 Hottest Restaurants, Spring, 2019 Eater LA; and Bib Gourmand list, Michelin Guide 2019. A recent celebration for the talented chef took place at Chef Pangilinan’s Terrace by Mix Mix digs, where he served some of his signature tastes – bacon-wrapped dates, goat cheese toast with caramelized figs, shrimp lumpia, smoked salmon dill cylinders, peach-burrata heirloom tomato skewers, pork cheek adobo, and more.
